作品征集：

1.中国致公党员，深圳致公书画院专家委员，国内艺术家作品；

2.特邀海外华侨华人社团及港澳台同胞相关艺术家作品。

参展艺术家及作品要求

1.国内60幅。

2.国外60幅：（来自世界五大洲华侨艺术家，遴选各参展国具有影响力的爱国华人华侨艺术家及其代表作品。）

3.创作要求：体现构建人类命运共同体，体现和平与祖国发展、积极向上的书画作品。

4.作品尺寸：六尺对开或四尺整纸竖幅，四尺对开仅限于小楷、印屏、工笔画等；其他画种以不超过此尺寸为宜。

5.摄影作品：单张图片4MB以上。

6.国内外参评作品由特邀和自由投稿两部分组成：特邀中外作品由专家委员会确定；自由投稿作品在全世界范围内征集。

参展办法及有关日程安排

1.每位作者提交1至2件作品的图像资料供专家委员会评选，并须填写统一制定的参展作者登记表及作品信息表。

2.作者登记表请附电子版个人照片，电子版照片满足印刷需要（不小于1MB）。

3.2021年8月，评委会依据作品照片对所有报送作品稿件进行评选，履行完有关外事报批手续后，评选结果将在相关网站公布，同时，主办方将及时向入选作者寄发入选通知等，明确双方的责任、权利和义务。并向境外入选艺术家代表寄发邀请函，未入选艺术家原则上不予通知。

4.组委会保留以下权利：自由展示特邀及入选作品，有权对参展作品进行自由拍照并公开免费使用该照片，公开免费使用作者署在报名表及网站上的个人信息，用于展览的国内外宣传、画册等公开出版。

5.所有的时间节点仅供参考，实际情况均需依照项目的实际进展。涉及入选作者配合进程的时间如有变动，将会单独通知。

参展作品装裱、包装、运输及保险

, , and

1.组委会负担境内外参展作品（特展作品除外）的往返运费。

2.国内外入选作品往返运输中的投保费由参展作者或参展方自行承担，作品在展览期间的保险由组委会统一投保。

3.组委会以网站公告和邮件形式及时告知境外作者已确定承运的运输代理公司。运输代理公司安排其工作人员及时与境外作者取得联系。2021年8月20日之前，境外作者须按要求将参展作品包装好置于熏蒸后的包装箱中交由组委会指定的运输代理，包装箱外需写明组委会告知的参展编号。为了作品入境能顺利清关，境外入选作品如使用原木作为包装材料（包括所有用于包装作品的材料，如包装箱，垫木，楔子等），需要对原木材料进行熏蒸处理，并至少在材料两面打上本国IPPC（国际保护植物公约组织）标识。

2021年8月20日之前，国内作者须将包装好的参展作品寄至组委会指定地点，包装箱外需写明组委会告知的参展编号华侨艺术家，须是“门”到“门”的运输性质，往返程运费由组委会承担。

入选作者需按照入选通知将对应一致的作品按时起运或交给运输代理，不能擅自更换作品，否则组委会有权拒绝接收。如入选作品不能按时交给代理或运至组委会指定地点，组委会对在此情况下造成该作品无法展示的后果不承担任何责任。

4.所有参展作品（含特展作品）如因自行包装不善导致在运输过程中受损，因自身不稳定或不牢固发生破损、脱落、变形及其他变化，或在自行运输过程中使作品受损，组委会将及时通知作者，但不承担任何责任。

5.参展作品由组委会负责退件。
